Most roles in our Delta facility operate on day and afternoon shifts, with schedules communicated well in advance. We know your time outside of work matters — we work to give you the predictability to plan around it.
We hire across a range of functions — ophthalmic lab technicians, surfacing and finishing operators, quality control specialists, warehouse associates, and team leads. Not necessarily. Many of our best team members came from other precision manufacturing or skilled trades backgrounds. We provide thorough on-the-job training, and what we look for most is care, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing quality work.
